In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Translate Touchpoints programme, customer and partner data into actionable insight that supports member engagement, retention and commercial decision-making across the business.
• Develop segmentation, personalisation and behavioural insight outputs that enable targeted campaigns,
• proposition refinement and improved value delivery for members, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and commercialise data and insight propositions, including rate-card based analytics, bespoke partner insights and benefits validation outputs that support new revenue opportunities.
• Assess partner requirements, data availability and commercial value to shape monetisation opportunities
• that are controlled, relevant and aligned with programme objectives.
