Job Title: Analytics & Metrology Technician II Job Description: The Role: Entegris is seeking 1st shift Quality Technician for KSP facility. The Quality Technician will provide laboratory support for production of our Micro-Contamination Control and Membrane products as well as for R&D development testing. The QA technician mainly supports the soaking tests of filter to eliminate case backlog. And prepare and test samples using ICP MS, Ion Chromatography, TOC analysis, Titration, NVR, LC-CAD, and GC-FID/MS. In this role you will: Support the application and manufacture teams in the filter soaking and sampling. Carry out routine tasks accurately and follow standard operating procedures to carry out analyses. Prepare analytical standards, reagent mixes and/or deliver production chemicals used in testing process. Review and report data with assistance from Analytical Chemists. Perform daily checks on instrumentation and perform basic troubleshooting on testing equipment. Keep equipment in a clean and serviceable condition and ensure the safe removal of waste in accordance with company established safety procedures. Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labelled. Over 1 year working experience as an Analytical technician or minimum of degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline with no experience. High attention to detail is key to success in this role. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to follow instructions and strictly follow procedures. Previous experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.
