WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the clinical, technical or product area of responsibility.
  • Ability to use subject matter expertise and knowledge to collaborate and influence across functions.
  • Proven track record as a Global Product Manager in the medical device industry with strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions that combines hardware, electronics and software.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide in-depth insight into market and stakeholder needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, in co-ordination with Elekta’s other business, development and commercialization teams.
  • Define and align the vision, strategy and roadmaps, working collaboratively across different functions and business-lines.
  • Elevate lifetime profitability and grow market share through a combination of innovations and optimization of current offerings.
  • Identify opportunities and drive key terms for strategic business partnerships.
  • Partner with customers, or support partnerships led by other functions, throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Provide oversight and governance to ensure ongoing value proposition creation over the end-to-end product lifecycle and execute within product creation and commercialization, ensuring consistency and modular design.
  • Define, monitor and drive business cases for new and existing products and services.
  • Develop business requirements for both new products and enhancements to existing products; work with research and engineering on functional specifications and feature/function prioritization.
  • Collaborate with key partners across the business to ensure product safety, reliability, and performance meets industry standards.
  • Work closely with downstream partners for seamless go-to-market strategies.
