Description
Conduct thorough analyses that encompass requirements gathering, the design of activities, and the development of actionable insights focused on achieving positive outcomes. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement and leadership to develop and implement robust reporting solutions that provide transparency and direction. Integrate data from various sources—ensuring comprehensive and accurate data elements are produced in response to requests or requirements. Generate ad hoc reports and datasets for end users by using various system tools (such as Workday, Eightfold, Handshake), crafting database queries, and writing scripts as needed. Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated databases and data-collection systems—including Visier, Power BI, and Manual Dashboards—to enhance analytical capabilities and generate insights. Continuously supervise and improve performance and quality control measures to proactively identify and address areas for enhancement. Partner with management to prioritize business data needs, developing compelling data visualizations and presentations that clearly convey findings. Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Visier, especially in the realms of workforce analytics, insightful reporting, and the construction of tailored data sets and visualizations. Strong technical expertise in data modeling, database design, query development, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Proficiency with a variety of reporting tools, programming languages, and statistical frameworks—including SQL, XML, JavaScript, ETL, Excel, SPSS, and SAS. Exceptional analytical skills in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Data Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A comprehensive understanding of data analysis principles as they apply to the recruiting lifecycle and processes. Experience in crafting executive-level presentations that optimally communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
