Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AMS Consultant to join our L2 S&AS Supply team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional and technical background, with a particular focus on supply chain management processes and AMS (Application Management Services) activities. Role Description Provide functional and technical support for supply chain management processes, including general knowledge of supply chain notions such as Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, and Replenishment. Utilize and manage Opcon scheduler, ETL processes, SQL databases, and BLOB management to support supply chain operations. Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and ensure user proximity to address and resolve issues promptly. Manage problem management processes and follow up on action plans to ensure continuous improvement and issue resolution. Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and maintain service levels. Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Maintain and improve the overall performance and reliability of supply chain applications. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or other related degrees Minimum of 3 years of experience in Anaplan model building General Knowledge in Supply Chain notions: Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, Replenishment Technical knowledge and experience in: Opcon Scheduler ETL Processes SQL Blob Management AMS experience in: Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Proximity, Problem Management, Action Plan Follow-up, Escalation Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
