ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Preferred but not mandatory experience in Anaplan and/or Financial Planning Processes
• Preferred but not mandatory HPT operating model
• Agile processes and tools (JIRA, SolMan)
• SDLC processes and documentation, ensuring processes are followed and documentation is up to date.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation as required (user stories, process flows)
• Strong coordination and communication skills, training skills? Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Project Management and Scrum Master expertise.
