Build world class search UI in React + Next.js: autosuggest/typeahead, smart facets & filters, sort, map/list views, pagination, and resilient empty/no results recovery. Performance ownership: meet Core Web Vitals and p95 latency targets using App Router, SSR/ISR/RSC, streaming/Suspense, code splitting, and server/edge caching. Accessibility & i18n: deliver WCAG 2.2 AA patterns (comboboxes, lists, dialogs), strong keyboard navigation, screen reader flows, robust localization (including RTL), and ensure Accessibility compliance. Data integration: consume REST/GraphQL APIs for dealer inventory, availability, pricing signals and incentives; design graceful UI for partial data, rate limits, and timeouts. Quality & reliability: write clean, maintainable code; add unit/integration/E2E tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright); participate in reviews and CI quality gates. Verifies that the delivered software product/s meets desired business outcomes. Design system: contribute reusable, documented Search components (Storybook) with visual and a11y regression coverage. Security & privacy: apply CSP, input sanitization, cookie/session hygiene, and privacy aware analytics. Prioritize, plan, and deliver the product. Champion Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques. Own Feature definition and Prioritized Feature PI list. Elaborate User Stories and Tasks. Onboard new Engineers and provide knowledge transfers. Coordinate deployments with SRE team and provide approvals when needed. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field OR a combination of education and equivalent experience. 7+ years building production web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and React; production Next.js experience. Deep understanding of Next.js (App Router, SSR/ISR/RSC, streaming) and modern data fetching/caching on Server/Edge. Proven track record meeting Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) and managing performance budgets at scale. Solid accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and hands on internationalization/localization experience (incl. RTL). Experience integrating REST/GraphQL services and strong client side state/data patterns (e.g., TanStack Query/SWR/Redux Toolkit). Working knowledge of CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions) and Git based workflows. Strong understanding of a public cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Elasticsearch fundamentals (analyzers, synonyms) and search relevance literacy. Geospatial/mapping UX (radius, clustering) for “near me” inventory scenarios. Node.js familiarity for Next.js server/edge routes; feature flagging and experimentation platforms. Observability (logs/metrics/traces) and web security best practices.
