We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Ancillary Operators to join our team at BMA Mine Sites across Central Queensland, including: Saraji, Peak Downs, Goonyella and Caval Ridge. You’ll be operating a range of heavy equipment including Excavators, Shovels, Dozers, and Graders, contributing to safe and efficient production outcomes. You’ll work in a supportive team environment where safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. About You Proven experience operating Excavators, Shovels, Dozers, and/or Graders in a open cut mining environment A strong commitment to safety and following procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities Current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and relevant RII competencies (or willingness to obtain) A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team About Our Process At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
