Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for an Ancillary Partnerships Account Manager to drive the success of Bupa’s growing network of ancillary providers. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our partnership strategy, working with healthcare professionals, building strong provider relationships, and helping deliver better health outcomes to millions of Australians.
You’ll bring sharp analytical skills and a strong sense of risk management to the table, ensuring our provider network remains high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable.
As you lead the recruitment and engagement of new partners, your work will directly support Bupa’s mission to help our customers live longer, healthier, happier lives.
This permanent, full-time role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.
We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from home when you aren’t visiting providers across NSW and QLD or working from the office in the Brisbane/Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities
  • Experience dealing with ancillary providers and/or contracts is desirable.
  • An elevated level of risk management and analytical skills, with proven forecasting and reporting ability.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management strategy and execution.
  • Experience in liaising with external organisations/bodies such as professional associations.
  • Track record of achieving outcomes and deadlines in a high volume, pressured environment.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Legislative understanding of the National Health Act, Privacy Act (Commonwealth), and other related acts.
  • Must hold a current, full/open driver’s license.
