Reporting to the Superintendent Ancillary Equipment Maintenance, you will be accountable for the supervision of the workgroup team to ensure the planned performance and integrity of the assigned fleet, this role is on a 8/6 – 7/7 day/night shift roster
You will lead, coach and mentor employees, ensuring a safe system of work is in place for each activity, contribute to continuous improvement, reliability and quality maintenance and develop, communicate and execute the Mobile Equipment Maintenance work plan. As a Statutory 26 Appointed Person, you are required to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations.

Maintaining a range of fleet including:

• D10T2 & D11T CAT Dozers,
• 854K Wheel Dozers
• 18M/24M Graders,
• WA1200 Wheel Loaders
