Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Android Developer (Kotlin) in Almaty to work on a project for our Kazakhstan partner.
The customer is one of the leading commercial banks in Kazakhstan. The bank’s main areas of activity are corporate and retail banking. It also actively participates in the securities market and currency operations in Kazakhstan. The customer has its network of branches and offices throughout the Republic, serving more than 100,000 legal entities and 1.5 million individuals.
The project is the implementation of modules in a new mobile banking application.
Technology stack on the project: Clean architecture, Mvi redux/tea, coroutines (flow), Kotlin advanced, Design patterns, Compose, GitlabCI.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing new and existing products.

Requirements

• Experience as an Android Developer for 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Kotlin programming.
• Experience with Clean Architecture.
• Knowledge of MVI (Model-View-Intent), Redux/TEA (The Elm Architecture).
• Experience in developing asynchronous code using Kotlin Coroutines.
• Understanding the features and principles of mobile application development for Android.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.) and principles of mobile application development.
• Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Experience interacting with RESTful APIs and working with network requests.
• Knowledge and application of design patterns.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience using tools for static code analysis and unit testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Level of English – from Pre-Intermediate and above.
