Assignment Description We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join a cross-functional team working on infotainment and media solutions in a vehicle environment, including potential integration with Google services. The role involves developing and refining touch-based user interfaces for in-vehicle functions, ensuring a high-quality user experience. Work is conducted in a fullstack environment using Java, Kotlin, Android frameworks, and some Python, with a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and modern development practices. The role requires a problem-solving, quality-driven mindset, the ability to collaborate across disciplines, manage multiple tasks, and operate effectively in a dynamic, technically demanding environment. Responsibilities include developing touch-based interfaces, contributing across the full stack, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, working with automated testing and test-driven development, participating in testing and troubleshooting in real vehicle environments, and ensuring high performance and software quality. Required Qualifications: Background in working with Continuous Integration (CI) processes Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken Understanding of contemporary architectural approaches such as MVP, MVVM, and layered structures Proven experience spanning multiple years in Android development Academic qualification in Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field Practical experience with Android testing tools including JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito Solid expertise in Java, Kotlin, and use of Android Studio Hands-on involvement with AOSP, including its build system
Responsibilities
