• Lead Android Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust financial and banking applications on Android using Kotlin and the latest Android SDK components.
• Architect Scalable Solutions: Implement modern Android architectures (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) that prioritize maintainability, security, and performance.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject-matter expert in Android development, guiding the team on best practices, code quality, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor & Support: Actively coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Optimize Performance & Security: Ensure applications are fast, reliable, and secure, adhering to fintech industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to build seamless user experiences.
• Innovate in Fintech: Contribute to RIFO’s digital transformation, integrating advanced technologies like AI-driven analytics, mobile payments, and blockchain-based solutions.
