Description

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join an active mobile development initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, a solid understanding of Android architecture principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. Key Responsibilities Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable Android applications based on defined requirements. Collaborate with product owners, backend teams, QA engineers, and designers to deliver end-to-end features. Ensure adherence to Android best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines. Contribute to technical design discussions and recommend appropriate solutions. Review and optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness. Support production releases and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Effectively utilize AI tooling for engineering quality and productivity. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of professional Android development experience (SSE and above). Strong proficiency in Kotlin (experience with Java is an added advantage). Solid experience with Android SDK and modern architecture components. Strong understanding of MVVM, clean architecture principles and dependency injection and effective use of unit tests. Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Hands-on experience with Git version control. Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store.
