QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Min 3 years of proven experience in native Android development
• Strong OOD/OOP skills based on Java programming language
• Good understanding of application life cycle and components like Activity/Fragment/Service
• Hands-on experience in MVVM architectural patterns
• Strong knowledge of Live data, data binding, RxJava, Room Database, Dependency Injection principles
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket, Git
• Deep understanding of Android SDK
• Understanding of Web Services; with their use in mobile implementations
• Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• 3rd party tool integration experience is a plus
• Ability to write clean and well-documented code
• Live Android application on Google Play store is preferred
• Efficient level of English to research, write documentation and read
