JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications for the Android platform.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Swift
  • MVC architecture
  • SQL database management
  • User research methodologies
  • Experience with JUnit testing framework
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for web-based applications
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and design patterns

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.61 - $64.69 per hour
