Collaborate with stakeholders, project owners, and engineers to gather, analyze, document, and estimate delivery scenarios. Design, develop, test, and implement Android code while reviewing code from other developers. Participate in architectural and design discussions, providing constructive feedback. Mentor and support a team of Android developers to ensure timely and quality delivery. Ensure adherence to code best practices, development trends, and performance standards. Explore and evaluate new technologies, design concepts, and development methodologies to improve applications. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Android development, with proven expertise in Android SDK, frameworks, and UI design principles. Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Flutter, and OOP concepts. Hands-on experience with web APIs, RESTful services, and backend integration. Familiarity with design patterns like MVVM, VIPER, and Clean Architecture. Experience with performance profiling tools, GitHub/Bitbucket, and unit testing (e.g., JUnit). Knowledge of cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, and Agile development processes. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with effective communication in English. Prior experience in mentoring teams and delivering live apps on the Google Play Store.
