• 5+ years in product development and/or technology management roles, including 3+ years in mobile device (across Android platform) and/or wireless space
• Working experience of smartphones, Android operating systems (OS) devices -Phones/Tablets/Watch across OEMs, and mobile wireless telecommunications technology, including GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G/WIFI and 5G RF Core technologies.
• Develop, document, and revise test plans and procedures and perform quality standards activities (includes feature and functional test cases for functional & regression testing, performance, stress testing,bug reporting) across software and hardware products, focused on mobile wireless products and related accessories.
• Troubleshoot related issues and test, maintain, and monitor relevant solutions and logs, Field testing if required to reproduce the issue along with skills to monitor customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop test methods to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Experience with automation tools like Spirent or Eggplant and basic logging skills with QXDM and QCAT.
