REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Android development.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and MVVM architecture.
  • Expertise in working with Firebase, Relic (New Relic or similar monitoring tools), and SQLite.
  • Solid understanding of mobile application performance optimization and debugging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Android development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define requirements and translate them into scalable mobile solutions.
  • Architect, design, and implement Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose.
  • Apply MVVM architecture and industry best practices to ensure clean, maintainable code.
  • Manage code versioning, branching, and collaboration via Git.
  • Integrate with backend services, APIs, and databases (Firebase, Relic, SQLite).
  • Monitor and optimize app performance, ensuring stability and responsiveness.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
