Job Details Job Location: Frisco - Frisco, TX 75034 Position Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly About the Role: Dallas IVF is seeking a detail-oriented, full time Andrologist to join our team. This full-time role works closely with infertility specialists, OB-GYNs, urologists, and oncologists to support diagnostic and therapeutic andrology procedures. Responsibilities include semen analysis, sperm cryopreservation, and specimen preparation for insemination. Rotating weekend availability is required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Science or Medical Technology At least 1 year of laboratory experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills Strong communication abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective multitasking and time management Strong computer skills Flexibility and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment Strong research skills Availability for Dallas location coverage and rotating weekends Essential Job Responsibilities: Specimen Analysis: Prepare specimens for analysis and perform testing following written protocols Independently perform semen analysis, sperm preparation for IUI, and ASAB testing (results to be reviewed by Technical Supervisor before reporting) Prepare and adjust reagents and media as needed Verify test results using technical knowledge and instruments Identify and resolve problems when established criteria are not available Suggest additional laboratory testing as needed Accurately report patient results using laboratory systems Quality Control: Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment Recognize and correct basic malfunctions; escalate when necessary Evaluate media, reagents, and calibrators per standards Conduct quality control procedures and take corrective actions when indicated Participate in developing performance specifications for new methods Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned Apply Today Join Dallas IVF and support cutting-edge fertility care through high-quality andrology services.
