Job Details Job Location: Los Angeles - Los Angeles, CA 90048 Position Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 Hourly We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Andrology Technician to join our growing Fertility Clinic at Los Angeles Reproductive Center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of male reproductive procedures. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in helping families achieve their goals. Duties Collaborate with the Lab Director and Physician to achieve a common goal. Heavy date entry. Semen Analysis. Processing semen for IUI and other ART procedures. Cryopreservation of semen. Thawing of frozen specimens to evaluate survival. Perform counts for concentration and motility. Assist the laboratory / embryology team in performing lab services in accordance with Federal, State and local laws and guidelines to ensure the laboratory maintains its accreditation. Other duties as assigned. Skills Must have a Bachelor's degree. Must possess 1-2 years experience. Familiarity with fertility procedures. Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
