Using expert knowledge, clinical inquiry and assessment skills to guide complex clinical decisions in time sensitive situations, the AA plays a vital role in the Anesthesia Care Team. Under the direction of licensed anesthesiologists, your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments; developing, implementing, and evaluating anesthesia care plans; administering and monitoring medical interventions; and facilitating advanced communication and coordination with the surgeon, surgical team, and anesthesiologist.
