Overview Job Summary Anesthesia Technician supports the anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist by the preparation and Set up of appropriate equipment and supplies for each surgical case. Also providing preventative maintenance for more than 40 state-of-the art anesthesia machines and numerous sophisticated monitoring devices. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required Education High school/GED. Experience Previous experience as anesthesia technician preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred. Additional Skills/Abilities CPR certified within provisional period of employment. Must successfully complete hospital and unit orientation. Ability to communicate in English.
