OVERVIEW:

Baylor Scott & White Health, one of the largest and most comprehensive health systems in Texas, is seeking an experienced and dynamic CRNA/AA Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs). You will play a critical part in supporting our anesthesia departments by sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent, ensuring that we meet the growing demand for skilled anesthesia providers. Your work will help ensure that we continue to provide exceptional, compassionate care to our patients.
As a CRNA/AA Recruiter, you will drive recruitment efforts, build specialized talent pipelines, and develop innovative sourcing strategies tailored specifically to anesthesia professionals. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure an excellent candidate experience from outreach through to onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts specifically for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs).
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for anesthesia providers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines through networking, direct outreach, online research, and creative sourcing techniques focused on the anesthesia field.
  • Build and maintain talent communities through relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to engage CRNAs and AAs.
  • Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality anesthesia talent.
  • Collaborate with anesthesia department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process—from initial sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for evaluating anesthesia candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting diverse candidate slates and ensuring unbiased hiring practices.
  • Use data-driven insights, including labor market and competitor data, to enhance recruitment strategies for anesthesia providers.
  • Foster strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and support fellow team members in recruitment, providing coaching and sharing best practices.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment laws, hiring policies, and organizational standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
