Description
We are looking for a highly qualified Anesthesia Specialist with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our reputable medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative period. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments of patients to determine anesthetic risks and formulate individualized anesthesia plans. Administer anesthesia using various techniques tailored to the patient's condition and surgical requirements. Monitor patients' vital signs and responses during surgery, adjusting anesthesia levels accordingly for patient stability and safety. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical personnel to provide coordinated perioperative care. Manage and address any anesthesia-related complications promptly and effectively. Provide postoperative care, including pain management and monitoring recovery from anesthesia. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation per DHA and institutional standards. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Completed residency in Anesthesiology. Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to practice as an Anesthesia Specialist. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in anesthesia practice. Proficiency in administering various anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and local anesthesia. Strong clinical and decision-making skills to handle perioperative patient care. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with medical teams and patient interaction. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced surgical environments. Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
