Employment Type: Full time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: 1. High school graduate or equivalent is required. 2. Associates degree in Anesthesia Technology or completion of an accredited anesthesia machine training course or a two (2) year combination of previous on-the-job training and experience is required. 3. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required. 4. Familiarity with basic anesthesia machine troubleshooting, basic pharmaceutical knowledge, aseptic techniques, sterilization, and disinfection knowledge of supplies and equipment are required. 5. Basic computer skills are required. 6. Effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner is required. 7. Certification as an anesthesia technician and one year of experience as an anesthesia technician is preferred. 8. Human Anatomy, Airway Anatomy, and Medical Terminology knowledge is preferred.
