Title: Anesthesiologist - Pediatric & Adult Job Type: Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Anesthesiology Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: The department of Anesthesiology is seeking a pediatric & adult Anesthesiologist that will provide direct patient care to children under age two (2), provides resident education and training in the field of Anesthesiology; utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to monitor the effects of anesthesia and develops techniques that allow a reduction of post-operative pain and recovery. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience The candidate must have a valid degree as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a license or permit to practice in the State of New York; possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in the field of Anesthesiology , Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology and prior experience in the field of Anesthesiology. NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices. Preferred Candidate: The preferred candidate will be board certified in both anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology and have previous clinical experience in both pediatric and adult anesthesiology.
