We are seeking a PRN Pediatric Anesthesiologist to support our growing pediatric and outpatient surgical service lines. Job Highlights About the Opportunity Work alongside a collaborative team of 50+ physicians and 90+ anesthetists within one of Florida’s premier health systems $325/hour pediatric coverage Occurrence-based medical malpractice coverage (no tail required) PRN / As-Needed Coverage Only – no minimum weekly commitment No requirement to transition to full-time (though optional opportunities may arise) Pediatric anesthesia fellowship experience required; ability to care for adults is welcome but not required Regional pediatric anesthesia experience strongly preferred, as pediatric orthopedics is a key service line Pediatric Case Mix: orthopedic surgery, urology, plastics, ENT Adult Case Mix: plastics, general surgery, orthopedic surgery No call, no nights, no weekends Fast-paced, efficient, and collegial ASC environment About USAP North Florida USAP North Florida provides high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care across the region, offering a stable, well-supported practice environment with an exceptional culture.
