This is a NON-CALL TAKING position with a 26 week on / 26 weeks off schedule. USAP - Florida is an Orlando based practice consisting of almost 100 anesthesiologists and over 200 CRNAs. We serve at AdventHealth Hospital locations throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Apopka, and East Orlando. We are seeking a board-certified anesthesiologist. For those interested, there is also an opportunity to take on transplant call for additional compensation.Position Highlights:• Compensation: $450,000 base salary ($475,000 for specialists) with a $50,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 2 year commitment, and $300/hr giveback incentive for giving back days off! • Schedule: 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off (any holidays during your assigned week are worked unless traded)• CME Allowance: $2,500• Relocation Allowance: $10,000AdventHealth is one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the nation, as well as one of the largest employers in the Orlando area with over 12,000 employees.
