Northern Health is seeking an Anesthesiologist for Fort St John, British Columbia, a vibrant city with a young and growing population! We welcome candidates who are interested in establishing and running a Pain Clinic.
Fort St. John Hospital is a new state-of-the-art 55 bed hospital serving a population of approximately 23,000, and is one of two hospitals serving a catchment area of approximately 70,000. The facility offers services including diagnostics, surgery, acute care, ICU, maternity, a community cancer centre, community hemodialysis, visiting specialists clinic, and a prenatal clinic.
Local specialists include General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Radiology and Pathology. Visiting specialists include Ophthalmology, ENT, Pediatrics, and Neurology.
