OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly web applications using Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality and performance of our software solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development and be eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development with Angular (v10+ preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and screen reader compatibility.
  • Proven experience ensuring WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance and performing accessibility testing using tools like axe, Lighthouse, NVDA, or JAWS.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with Git and version control systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working in a CI/CD environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Storybook, or Zeplin with a focus on accessibility.
  • Accessibility certification (e.g., CPACC, WAS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Angular applications.
  • Ensure all front-end components are fully accessible and ADA compliant.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement accessible user interfaces.
  • Perform accessibility audits and address issues to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines.
