What You'll Do As an Animal Care Attendant, you'll help ensure every animal receives exceptional daily care in a clean, safe, and enriching environment. Clean and disinfect kennels, dishes, crates, and animal housing according to established protocols. Provide daily feeding, prescribed diets, enrichment, and compassionate husbandry. Monitor animal health and behavior and communicate concerns promptly. Help reduce stress by maintaining consistent routines and enriching environments. Support surgery preparation and animal movement as directed. Maintain organized kennel areas, laundry, and shelter supplies. Support teammates, volunteers, and community service workers. Help prepare animals for successful reunification or adoption. Every task contributes to healthier animals and better outcomes. You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
