Hedgegrove Pet Retreat is looking for an experienced full time Supervisor to join our team in Golden Grove.

This is first and foremost a leadership role in an animal care environment.

Previous supervisory or team leader experience is essential.

Animal care experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person.

We are happy to train a strong, confident leader in our animal care systems.

You will work closely with our existing management team and help support the day to day operation of Hedgegrove, with a strong focus on staff communication, attention to detail, standards and follow through.

This is a hands-on role.

Our supervisors work alongside the team and are expected to help with animal care, cleaning and customer service as well as leading the shift.
