Job Description In this role, you’ll start with hands-on study execution and progressively take on more scientific ownership as you demonstrate competency and interest. Core Responsibilities Design and execute in vivo studies focused on infectious diseases and vaccine immunogenicity across multiple species. Perform hands-on work including pathogen infection models, monitoring viremia, assessing immune responses, and tissue collection. Prepare and administer compounds using multiple dosing routes (IM, PO, IP, SC, IN, IV). Maintain detailed, high-quality data and documentation in electronic lab notebooks. Support gross examinations and necropsy activities. Contribute to evaluation and integration of new in vivo techniques and technologies. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, toxicology, or related field. 1+ years of small animal handling experience. Proficiency in rodent handling and injections (IP, IC, IM, IV, SQ). Experience evaluating rodent behavior and physical signs, including those related to compound effects. Experience with gross examinations and necropsy. Familiarity with cGMPs or experience working in a GMP environment. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Strong organizational, computer, and scientific skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. A growth mindset—self‑motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high-quality records. Experience supporting Biologics Release Testing in a GMP setting. Additional Information Why Join Us?
