ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a varied and rewarding position supporting both clinical and reception areas. You’ll be working exclusively with small animals, helping to deliver excellent care while also ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting veterinary surgeons and nurses with patient care and procedures
• Feeding, walking, and monitoring companion animals
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the practice
• Prepare equipment and assist with sterilisation
• Supporting reception duties: booking appointments, handling enquiries, taking payments, and greeting clients
• Managing stock and maintaining accurate records
• Ensure a calm and caring environment for pets and their owners
