Nimble Giant Entertainment is looking for a full-time Animation Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Animation Department to plan, organize, and manage the production of high-quality animations for our upcoming AAA projects. You’ll ensure the animation pipeline runs smoothly, coordinating between animators, cinematic designers, technical artists, and other departments to deliver outstanding performances on time and within scope. Responsibilities Coordinate the daily operations of the Animation team, ensuring smooth communication and workflow across departments (Art, Design, and Engineering). Plan and manage animation production schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on schedule. Collaborate with Leads and Directors to define priorities and ensure the animation output meets quality standards. Manage outsourced animation work and maintain alignment with internal pipelines. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives following Agile methodologies. Maintain up-to-date documentation and task tracking in tools like Jira or Confluence Analyze production data to report progress, performance, and potential risks to stakeholders. Foster a positive, productive, and creative environment within the animation team. Requirements Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written). 3+ years of experience in project management or production roles within the video game, animation, or film industry. Strong understanding of animation pipelines, from mocap to keyframe and integration. Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and production frameworks. Proficiency with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, or similar. Excellent organization, communication, and people management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment. Desirable Perks Experience in AAA game development or large-scale animation projects. Experience coordinating animation or cinematic teams. Familiarity with motion capture workflows and cinematic pipelines. Understanding of Unreal Engine Sequencer or similar tools.
