SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in similar role involving consumer electronics or telecommunications.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to hold a strong dialogue at multiple levels
• Ability to work collaboratively in a large organization
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated passion for technology.
• Availability Monday-Sunday required

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a member of the Anker Retail Team, you’ll contribute to creating a vibrant, high-performing store environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will span across multiple areas, including front-of-house customer service, sales support, creating stellar floor displays, and back-of-house operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in achieving sales targets and monitoring performance
• Assist managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
