Responsibilities

As a senior account manager, you will play a key role in growing the pipeline and acquiring new business within Cloud Infrastructure Services, focusing on a portfolio of clients in a specific market segment.

Your goal will be to lead initiatives that contribute to sustainable top-line growth:

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within your assigned territory or target accounts, contributing to the team’s overall growth goals.
  • Support and guide opportunities through the full sales lifecycle—from initial qualification to successful closure—ensuring a smooth and collaborative process.
  • Take ownership of your part in the sales process, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans, while aligning with broader sector and organizational goals.
  • Work toward individual sales targets that contribute to shared team success, with support and collaboration from peers and leadership.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams (e.g., Delivery Executive, Service Delivery Manager, Portfolio Lead) to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering open communication.
