EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required.
EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years in a development/fundraising role, including 3+ years online/direct mail fundraising, preferably in healthcare, academic medicine.

- Strong analytical skills; able to manipulate, analyze and synthesize data and present findings that are clear and actionable.

- Ability to work independently and confidentially, as well as part of team, and be able to interact with donors, patients, and staff in a professional manner.

- Demonstrated ability to lead collaboration across working groups.
- Ability to initiate and organize work, establish priorities in a time-sensitive environment, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality control.

This job requires frequent sitting, keyboard use, printer use. There may be occasional walking, standing.
SOCIAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work requires close attention to task for work to be accurately completed. Intermittent breaks during the work day do not compromise the work.
Work is varied every day and the employee needs to be adaptable to respond to these changes and use independent judgment and manage priorities.
