After more than a century of the highest quality care and service to children and their families, we’re forever proud of our team members who don’t just make a career here – they make a difference.   Job Title: Annual Giving Manager Location: 1405 Shady Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15217 Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time, Onsite   Responsibilities   The Annual Giving Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing a comprehensive annual giving program that generates sustainable philanthropic support for the organization. This role develops and implements multi-channel fundraising campaigns targeting individual donors, manages donor stewardship and retention strategies, and collaborates with internal teams to grow annual fund revenue.   The Annual Giving Manager analyzes donor data, cultivates relationships with mid-level donors, and leads initiatives that increase donor participation, upgrades giving levels, and strengthens long-term donor engagement.   Annual Giving Strategy & Campaign Management   * Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving plan that includes direct mail, email appeals, social media campaigns, and giving‑day initiatives.   * Create segmented strategies for donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrades.     Donor Communications & Stewardship * Write compelling donor‑focused content, including appeals, newsletters, impact updates, and stewardship messages.     * Partner with program and communications teams to gather stories, data, and impact content.     Digital Fundraising & Engagement Innovation * Oversee digital fundraising infrastructure: donation platforms, email marketing, and social media integration. * Implement A/B testing, donor journey mapping, and segmentation to optimize user experience and maximize conversion. * Collaborate with marketing and IT to create and maintain donor landing pages, fundraising microsites, and digital storytelling assets. Donor Portfolio Management * Manage a portfolio of annual and mid-level donors to increase retention and giving levels. * Conduct outreach, meetings, and cultivation activities to deepen donor engagement. Campaigns and Special Initiatives * Lead annual campaigns such as Giving Tuesday, year‑end fundraising, and other thematic appeals.   * Support donor-focused events and engagement opportunities that strengthen annual donor relationships.   Data Management & Analysis * Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics including donor retention, participation rates, and campaign ROI. * Maintain accurate donor records in the donor database/CRM.   QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or related field. 3–5 years of fundraising, development, or nonprofit advancement experience. Experience managing annual fund campaigns or multi-channel fundraising initiatives preferred.
