JOB TITLE: ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS (AMC) COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Facilities Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience managing AMC contracts, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, MEP, fire safety, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., CAFM, Maximo, or SAP).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
