Description As an Anodizing Support Technician, you are responsible for supporting customer parts through the anodizing line according to established procedures and quality standards. This role focuses on hands-on production work, quality inspection, and maintaining a clean and safe anodizing environment. Anodizing Support Technicians play a key role in ensuring finished parts meet customer expectations for appearance, durability, and accuracy. Why SendCutSend? What you’ll do Prepare customer parts according to work instructions and specifications Perform visual inspection of parts before and after processing Rack and un-rack aluminum parts according to work instructions Maintain proper part orientation to ensure consistent coating quality Conduct visual quality inspections and flag defects or process issues (color, coverage, defects, damage) Follow batching and prioritization direction to support on-time order completion Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles Support basic equipment care and report maintenance needs Follow chemical handling, safety, and environmental procedures at all times Complete daily production tasks as assigned by the Director of Finishing and Anodizing Lead Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to read and follow work instructions Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience with anodizing or metal finishing processes Familiarity with chemical handling and safety procedures Experience performing visual or dimensional quality inspections Previous experience working with production schedules or batch processing Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts Ability to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment Work Environment Manufacturing and production floor environment Exposure to finishing chemistry, temperature variation, noise, moving machinery, and metal materials Use of required protective equipment at all times Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage Paid holidays + PTO 401K with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave Short-term disability Lunch provided daily Employee discount on parts Schedule Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00pm
