Job Description Lead and develop the ANS ENT MEHW team in JeongJa location, including resource allocation, performance management, and competency development. Managing development status and issues of mechanical engineering for ANS JeongJa location projects. Plan and manage team resources based on project demand and priorities. Conduct regular skill assessment and establish development plans for team members. Supporting quotation (BOM, R&D estimation, Technical presentation, Manufacturing and so on). Customer requirement negotiation and coordination. Design and draw reviews and approvals. Cost engineering and ReDTC support. Report to Head of R&D Korea, functionally Head of MEHW ASIA. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in automotive mechanical engineering. Understanding of automotive product development lifecycle and engineering standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams. Proficient in English (both spoken and written). Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
