KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Perform installation of Ansul R102 and Piranha systems utilizing threaded and crimp fittings across various locations throughout the UK.
- Execute maintenance tasks for Ansul R102 and Piranha systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Carry out modification and remedial work on Ansul R102 and Piranha systems as required.
- Operate remotely, working independently in the field with flexibility to travel across the UK.
- Collaborate closely with customers to assess their specific needs and ensure accurate installation and functionality of systems.
- Conduct regular service visits to inspect, test, and maintain installed systems, adhering to established standards.
- Promptly identify, diagnose, and resolve any system issues or malfunctions with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry regulations, ensuring all work complies accordingly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients.

For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the installation and servicing of Ansul kitchen fire suppression systems.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams with accuracy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of British Standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to fire suppression systems.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Thorough understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
