see job description attached This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a significant impact on the delivery of antenatal and newborn screening services, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with national guidelines.You will work closely with a range of specialist centres and agencies to ensure continuous care throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period. Additionally, the role involves developing and updating policies and protocols, conducting audits, and reporting on programme performance. You will also be responsible for delivering training to staff, participating in quality assurance assessments, and managing screening incidents in line with national guidance.The post holder will be part of the multidisciplinary team supporting clients and staff involved in the delivery of the screening pathways, and will be actively involved in the process to monitor the effectiveness of the pathways and provide clinical care and counselling where appropriate. The post holder will be responsible for the development of appropriate screening policies, guidelines and procedures and service redesign through local audit of policies and practice, and facilitate their implementation based on national guidance.The post holder will also be responsible for the routine monitoring of performance data against national standards provided by Liverpool Womens NHS Foundation Trust (LWH) to support improvements in quality and changes in the programme when required
