POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a full-time Anterior Crown & Bridge Technician to join our ceramics department. This role is responsible for producing high-quality anterior restorations with a focus on natural esthetics, anatomical accuracy, and consistent results. If you’re passionate about layered ceramics and lifelike esthetic outcomes, we’d love to meet you.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of anterior ceramics or crown & bridge experience
• Deep understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and shade theory
• Proficient with hand-layering techniques and ceramic contouring
• Strong esthetic sense and attention to fine detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or processes

• Fabricate anterior crowns and bridges with lifelike esthetics and anatomical accuracy
• Follow doctor prescriptions and case requirements with precision and consistency
• Work with lithium disilicate, zirconia, and layered ceramics
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth case flow and communication
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow lab protocols
