Responsibilities

Customer Focus

  • Champion a customer-centric approach.
  • Anticipate and address resident needs.
  • Lead by example and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Operational Delivery

  • Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and policies.
  • Manage evictions fairly and conduct legal research.
  • Develop tenancy policies and build court relationships.
  • Support performance targets and explain tenancy rights.
  • Prepare court proceedings and help prevent evictions.
  • Act as liaison with external contractors and represent PA Housing in court.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide legal advice.

Strategic Thinking

  • Align team strategies and prioritize the Residents Strategy.
  • Shape and deliver the ‘You and Your Neighbourhood’ initiative.

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build ties with residents, community groups, and stakeholders.
  • Represent PA Housing in forums and collaborate with partner agencies.

Performance Management

  • Ensure consistent case management and use insights to improve outcomes.
  • Challenge underperformance and achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain professionalism, customer care, and accurate records.
  • Align expenditures with budget guidelines and contribute to team objectives.

Innovative Thinking

  • Encourage creative solutions and challenge norms.
  • Improve service performance and foster continuous improvement.
  • Identify creative opportunities and solutions.

Customer Involvement

  • Promote resident participation in decision-making.
