EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
  • At least 7-10 years in Competition law matters preferably in an international lawfirm
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Experience in managing experts and discovery processes.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in industrial sector.
  • Experience in complex litigation and proceedings.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

CNH is seeking an experienced Antitrust Senior Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of antitrust laws and a proven track record in handling complex legal matters related to competition. This position requires excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide legal advice on antitrust and competition matters.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external antitrust investigations.
  • Represent CNH in legal proceedings and before regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to address antitrust issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with antitrust regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Stay updated on antitrust laws and regulations and provide internal training on these topics.
