What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Education – bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a business related or science discipline
  • Work experience: 2-3 years’ customer service/support experience in a commercial (preferably B2B/multinational) organization
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce/Oracle/SAP a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis
Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for working collaboratively with the Water Quality team to process and manage sales orders and customer support – e.g. answer telephone and provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate in serving every customer and has good experience in managing customer relationship.
This position is part of the Operations Team located in Dandenong South and will be hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling any related transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database, ensuring all interactions are documented.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain department to ensure accurate information is provided on product availability, dispatch dates and shipping status.
