About the role

Wildtrak is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team of up to six staff. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Brendale warehouse, ensuring customer orders get out on time and incoming stock gets received and processed efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll organise the day's workload, set priorities, keep the team moving and roll up your sleeves to work alongside them when required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a warehouse team of up to six staff
• Release sales orders and set daily picking priorities
• Allocate staff and resources across picking, packing, dispatch and incoming goods
• Monitor KPIs and team performance
• Book outgoing freight and coordinate carrier collections
• Adjust priorities throughout the day as workloads change
• Maintain good stock control and warehouse organisation
• Ensure safe warehouse practices and procedures are followed

About you

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong picking, packing, receiving and dispatch experience
• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems. Previous exposure to Pronto or Acumatica would be highly regarded
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing workloads
• The confidence to direct and motivate a small team
• A strong focus on productivity and accuracy
